Is that like the yin and the yang?
The yin and the yang and the Chinese kind of, exactly, that kind of balancing, right?
Because we're all, this is the other thing, we're all a mix of energy, do you know what I mean?
And we go down into that kind of,
That balancing of energies, that kind of realignment and stuff that we have to do eventually just to kind of live a more wholesome life.
Because at the end of the day, I don't really know exactly what's going to work for you lads, right?
But I can say from my own experience that I was kind of leaning too heavy into one for a while.
And then when I realigned it I think I went too far the other way Do you know what I mean?
And then it was like I kind of ended up in a funny story in Peru Working with this shaman And he was kind of like Do you know what?
You're a warrior for life So go back into your divine masculine And just re-kind of Re-imagine and redefine masculinity Do you know what I mean?
That there can be a strength in vulnerability But still we need strong men And it was kind of like
I loved that because I was nearly, I kind of went from, you know, when you're a young fella and you're kind of growing up and you have to have your guard up, you know.
And then I lost my ma, my da was a pretty decent kickboxer himself.
And so I had all these images and I was going around with this mask on a little bit, you know.
My nickname was Smiler, so I was still a bit of a bouncy fella.
But I was like, you know, I was garred up.
And then when I went down the kind of Tantra yoga route and I started looking at energies, I went the other way, you know, where a shampoo added made me cry and all.
And I was like, hang on a minute, you know, and you kind of come back up.
But yeah, anyway, that was Chata.
That's where yoga came from.
