All right.
So for everyone listening at home right now, if you are not driving or anything like that, what is going to make this the best experience for you is if you can go and sit in front of a mirror and dim the lights a little bit, pull the curtains across, make sure there's a little bit of light coming through, but nothing that's going to be too blinding or in your face.
And then just sit for a few moments.
Shut down your eyes first of all, and start to take a few deep breaths into your core.
settling down and just clearing your mind of any expectation or any thought of what is going to happen or expectation of what you might see.
Just be completely open and receptive and trusting in this moment that even if you don't feel, sense or aware of anything, you're going to make it up and it's going to be true and you're going to find truth and meaning within it.
So take another deep breath.
And release and start to feel all of that mental chatter sinking down, moving downwards into the experience of your energy.
And notice how your attention from where your eyes was has moved into that space a little bit further back and upward.
And if you haven't found it yet, just flash your eyes open again, look down at the floor, shut them, feel that shift going back into that place in the center and hold your focus there.
Now release all thoughts outside of this present moment right now and just start to notice how your energy feels today.
And just within that,
A color already dropped into your mind, whether you heard it, whether you sensed it or not, something is being communicated to you right now in this moment.
So just go with the feeling of that right now.
And notice if it's something that you want more of or something that you would like to shift in this exercise.
And softly open your eyes and gaze at your energy over your shoulders, looking for that haze and starting to find that color or finding that feeling within the space around you.
And if you're doing something right now where you can't be in front of the mirror or can't be in that, just trust what comes up and you can do this in a more aware state as well.
But looking at yourself, looking into the mirror, start to feel, sense those colors developing, getting stronger.
And if you're not seeing anything, imagine that you are.
