And that's an organizational philosophy.
That's how they're built.
That's how they want to do things.
It goes from the owner on down.
And I think what we saw with the coaching change is just the latest example of that.
Like, is it shocking?
Yeah, because there's eight games left in the season in 20 days, right?
Like, that's really, really, the window's tiny.

He's always been really big.
He's always been really skilled.
His issues over the years, especially with Washington, the few years he was there, was that he couldn't stay healthy.
And I think that's been the biggest thing for him.
For as big as he is, you know, he's not a particularly tough player.
And I think that's caused frustrations with some past coaches and past organizations, right?
Like he's 6'5", and, you know, as broad as a refrigerator, but also the dude's not, he's staying out of corners.
He's not
know freight train hitting people so i i think i think that brought some element of frustration you know to his game uh at earlier points in his career but ultimately man this is a guy that drives offense at five on five and he's capable of scoring 30 goals we like we we knew that he's shown that if he's that he can produce on that level if he's in the right spot and i think he's on a team where he's getting real top six minutes and he and he stayed healthy
That's been the big variable for him over the last few years when it comes to producing like this and things have played out.
