Let's talk a little bit about the law, the charges, and let's go through those people, those critics that don't like the fact that Donald Trump did this and say he did not have the authority or he needed to go to Congress.

You say what?

I guess he talked about if they will not enforce the law, if they will not keep American citizens safe in towns and cities, that it may result in him invoking the Insurrection Act.

Let's talk about the legality of that.

How, Madam Attorney General, how is that not aiding and abetting and law-breaking?

And in cities and towns around this country, they're going to have these No Kings rally.

And to me, it has all the feel of the environment in the summer of 2020.

You know, the mostly peaceful riots where, you know, a couple of dozen dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, billions in property damage.

I would advise people, again, unsolicited,

Find out if there's a rally near where you are and stay away.

I would hate to see innocent people hurt.
