I'm really into health, wellness, fitness, nutrition now. I'm like a lunatic.

A typical day I get up, I do a workout. Mixed martial arts is a big part of it. Boxing, a lot of core sit-ups, push-ups. situational self-defense, kind of an eclectic blend of arts, Krav Maga, Kenpo, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, just situational street fighting, sticks, blades, firearms. We work with all of it. I'm not in an art where I'm trying to get a black belt. I kind of gave up on the belt system.
