Uh,
of just using universal stuff you know when i wanted to uh attach my placard in a different way i was able to order clips off of amazon for like five dollars and then just connect whatever i wanted to connect and it was kind of nice and it would just be great if i could buy the plate carrier from whoever i want and it connects to the placard that i want or you know if i wanted to buy padded cummerbund sides if there was just like a standardized thing that i could
that that everyone used so i could use whatever i wanted whenever i wanted and yeah i get that like it kind of decreases specialness of some of the companies but maybe that's not a bad thing overall and maybe me as a consumer i would just support the companies that really work within the standardization because it gives me power leverage and freedom to kind of buy whatever i want from whoever i want jeremy savage you have anything to weigh in on this no
Yeah.
I agree.
It's a pain in the ass.
And it really makes it difficult if you're just trying to get into that area.
Like, hey, I would like a plate carrier and placard system.
Oh, God.
Yeah, it's pretty nuts.
Anyway, I wanted to bring that up.
I don't know that it'll go anywhere.
I doubt that they'll see adoption.
I hope so.
All right, Midwest Industries.
Tonight, I just honestly, I want to talk about their optics mounts that they came out with.
The newer stuff that they came out with late last year, I think, like fourth quarter last year.
Because I've been installing a bunch of stuff just finally at a point where I can get back to reviews and stuff like that.
And I've been installing optics on a bunch of different guns, replacing optics on guns.
And I really like the Midwest Industries Mark II QD stuff.
