I truly, without question, believe that if someone puts in a law, anyone who sponsors that law, anyone who pushes that law and people who vote for that law, once it is struck down, if it is struck down by any federal court that they're then culpable for covering both legal sides, covering all the fees, covering everything because it was struck down as being unconstitutional.

Like that should be how it works.
