So instead of a goblin being a, I'm guessing, neutral, evil whatever fey with stealth, I'm just getting a phrase like sneaky, backstabbing.

The reason I don't need them is because I'm generally either running an adventure that's published, or I'm running an adventure that will be published. So I have everything I need in front of me.
