If I'm a developer and I want to learn this stuff myself, it's so hard to learn about marketing because there's just so much garbage out there.

There's so many self-promoting marketing gurus

It's 80 to 20 fluff to actual content or sometimes worse.

So my question for you is, where can a developer who wants to do a single founder bootstrapped SaaS go to learn really basic marketing techniques without all of the fluff?

Any pointers you have for me would be greatly appreciated.
