Um, officer, uh, Tamang and Reed went to investigate the 35 year old man inside the apartment or the hotel room, invited them in and then unprovoked, uh,

pulled out a gun, and shot both of them.

Tamang died, I think, at the hospital.

Reed is expected to make a full recovery, I think.

He was in critical condition that morning.

And so Tamang is actually a Nepal native.

So he actually came over and assimilated into the country, became a police officer at Gwinnett County, and he has been on the force for a year.

Um, so what, why this one national news?

Exactly.

Um, one thing that makes me the maddest about this entire situation is let's talk about this piece of human trash that should be put under the jail and buried.

So in addition to charges in Gwinnett County, Andrew faces three pending to cab County cases where he is accused of trafficking more than 400 grams of methamphetamine and other drugs.

A judge granted Andrew's bond and connect.

This is another case.

A judge granted Andrew's bond in connection with cases over prosecutors objections, according to court records.

He then missed a 2024 court appearance, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

In 22, he was charged with allegedly shooting a woman in January of that year.

Court records also show 20 cases in DeKalb County against Andrews, including a 2009 case in which he was charged with violating Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.
