My thing is these whistles and horns can be, if you're not wearing ear protection, I'm sure that's why some of them are.

If you're not wearing hearing protection, that can actually damage your hearing.

So I think that that should be a chargeable offense.

That should be assault.

I think we should be able to arrest you for blowing a horn or a whistle in the ears of cops.
