Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, there's programme fairs all over the country at various football grounds week in, week out, and
I think, again, as we move into an increasingly digital world, I think having something tangible is still important.
And again, I grew up and got into football from looking at my dad's old matchday programmes and the programmes that I got for my first few games over the years.
So I do believe that it has a place and people still will want them.
We just need to slightly change the approach.
Do you still have those first few programmes?
Absolutely.
They're in a box, a sealed box upstairs and every now and then I go and get them.
And I think the important thing about match day programmes at any level, any club, it's a historical document from that time.
The adverts reflect
what's happening in and around, you know, the businesses and things like that.
So I do believe they're important.
And again, being physical, it won't get lost amongst the swathes of online content over the years to come.
Yeah, it is.
Obviously, my first one was in 1986.
I can still remember the logos on the packets and all that sort of thing.
And yeah, nostalgic memories are plenty on that.
But yeah, I think it's another sign that football is moving away from...
the authentic and the traditional side of things.
