We have two dead Americans and how many countless of others whose constitutional rights have been violated.

We could open TSA right now.

We have offered to fund TSA multiple times.

Unfortunately, my Republican colleagues have politicized this and they refuse to do that.

We've also offered to fund Coast Guard multiple times and FEMA.

Now, ICE has a $75 billion slush fund.

Their annual budget is typically about $10 billion, and they've got $75 billion that the president can play around with.

So we want to see some changes to ICE.

TSA, FEMA, Coast Guard, we could go down to the floor and offer another vote here, but somebody would block it.

That's happened over and over again.

Yeah, yes, that has happened.

I try to work across the aisle.

I have great friends who are Republicans.

I work with them on a lot of things.

There's others.

I'm not going to name names, but over my time here, about five and a half years in the United States Senate,

I kind of wonder how they get this job.

Why are they in this job?

They don't seem to know much about a number of things.

I'm not talking about the majority of my colleagues, you know, just say, you know, a couple individuals.
