And so what happened this week is Pam Bondi, the new attorney general, targeted in particular three states, targeted Maine, California and Minnesota. And she issued a warning to them. that those states have to comply with federal anti-discrimination laws that require them to keep boys out of girls' sports.

And so understand the Department of Justice is making clear they intend to sue these states and they intend to cut off federal funds to these states if they continue to embrace the radical notion that they're going to let boys compete in girls sports.
