The attendance is five to eight percent. More than 90 percent of federal workers are not going to the office. Now, that is bizarre.

Look, I get in the height of COVID, there was a period where everyone stayed home. But you know what happened? The rest of the world went back to work like everyone's gone back to work. And in the private sector, I don't know of a place where people don't go into the office anymore except the federal government.
