You start feeling really who is who.
Because if you can't sign a five to 10-year contract with the customer, you probably can't build a data center.
And the third big bottleneck would be people.
People to get this done.
And I mean people, especially with the trade skills.
And electricians and engineers are a huge bottleneck.
Just massive bottleneck.
Yeah.
Imagine if you're building a 100 megawatt data center, how much electrical work do you need?
Someone has to pull the wire.
Robots are not doing it.
Someone has to connect it to the right phase.
Someone has to bring in that breaker and electrical panel.
Well, if the electrical panel has been installed, it's been built somewhere.
So it has to be built somewhere by engineers and by electricians.
