A different reason.

The ones that have bases here seem to be friendly to us.

I was asked to do a paper comparing and contrasting their psychic ability with our psychic ability.

And it's given all kinds of records that the public may never see.

But it became immediately apparent that there's not us in them.

There's us and them and them and them and them and them and them, you know.

And there are many different thems, each with their own agenda and all that.

So in the comparison of the psychic ability from the records that I saw, my report cut the ETs into four different groups.

those with more psychic ability than we have, and those with equal or less.

In those two groups, you have our enemies and our friends.

That cuts it into four different groups.

Our enemies with equal or less than we have don't tend to come here except maybe by accident or something.

The ones with equal or less than we do come here for trade.

And in fact, uh,

A friend of mine, he's retired now, in charge of one of the technological trade branches.

And he basically confirmed this.

They're here for trade.

Materials, things like that.

And the last time I was out there talking to him, I said, what are we trading now?

And he kind of chuckled and he said, well, the regular stuff.
