So I ran mile one to 10 so quick that the people that were tracking me were like, my God, you're about to break a world record here.
Yeah.
And then it slowed down.
Mile 10 to 15 took me two and a half hours.
And I was like, oh, OK, so maybe something's not right here.
I started slowing down.
But it was one of the best things I've ever done.
