Everybody.
Just at different degrees.
And what is huge for one person may not be for another.
But what is small for one person yet feels huge to them would be nothing to another.
You know, so we can never judge someone else's suffering.
A lot of people go through some kind of suffering and allow it to define them, their self-image.
So they'd go through something like that or something similar and say, life is so unfair.
Why does this happen to me?
And that's a signal of low autonomy.
And it might not be as huge as something like this.
It could be a layoff.
It could be you injure yourself at the gym and you're not able to do anything for six weeks.
It could be you're evicted from your place or whatever it is, right?
There are hard things that happen and we have a choice.
We can become bitter or we can choose to become better.
And this all relates to your autonomy where you're choosing to focus and the narrative identity
that you were associating with that.
What is narrative identity?
All of us have a story about who we are, that we tell ourselves and we often tell to other people through how we show up and what we say.
And that story about who we are
