Well, D- is close to an F. Not that close, not really.

Why not?

Well, because I feel you've given him a little bit of wiggle room.

D is the highest grade there.

I gave him a little bit of wiggle room because he's had a couple of injuries, but he's had a horrendous summer, which is a lot of it down to him as well.

Hasn't played well.

Did score a good goal at West Ham, to be fair, but that's kind of been about it.

I actually did give him an E. But then I was told there is no E.

Well, yeah, I was going to go down that line, but I was told there is no E in the American marking system.

Now, whether there is in the UK one, I just don't know.

he's been really good it's not his fault he was left out of the team he started well he came in the community shield he scored he started the season scoring he was the best player he was linking the play up I think he's got seven league goals it wasn't his fault that Arnie Slott left him out for an unfit Alexander Izak he's came back in he's continued his goal scoring so yeah I think he's been a big plus point for Liverpool this year I think he's done his job I'm not going as far as an A plus yeah

You can't give him an A+.

You can't give a guy an A+, that scores a goal, he's already been booked, and then he takes his top off and gets a second booking and a red card.
