I think they've got to be looking elsewhere.
Like, it's great that they're winning.
I think it's awesome.
But I think they've got to be looking for someone else.
I do.
I think they've just need a fresh start, come in with a new coach, new ideas.
I think it has been good for them to get these last couple of wins.
But I think I'd be looking at, for me, I'd be going after John Longmire.
That's my personal view.
I think that's what Carlton need.
They need someone that's been there and done that.
I think John Longmire for that job would be huge.
I think he is what that club needs.
Strong leadership.
A guy that knows how to win.
Knows how to build relationships with every single player.
Build confidence within that player.
And then they can go out and deliver.
And I think he's the man for the job.
If I'm Carlton, that's who I'm meeting with.
