Yeah, so let's just go over this concept of you need to find discomfort or it's going to find you.
At some stage in your life, the chances go up of illness, disease, or an injury through just deconditioning, the body deconditions over time.
These things start build silently from our twenties and thirties.
And then a lot of the times that we don't know that these things are happening in the background.
Don't compare yourself to someone else.
This is not a competition.
It is understanding that this is my level.
I'm going to challenge myself.
