I'm really not, and I'm not like a cook. I like following recipes and it's easy to follow a recipe. There's plenty online that will show you step by step how to do every single thing. All you need to do is read and just listen and do that. This guy's gonna sit here and say, slide two, pasta consistency. Then he's clearly admitting he knows something about cooking pasta that he just doesn't.
