One person writes, Matt, if we pay Momchilovich $7 million, do you think it makes the rest of the team mad since they will have taken much less?

You know, I don't know.

I mean, I've heard pro athletes say over the years that they never begrudge their teammates making the money because they are like, well, at least the owner doesn't get it.

I've heard pro athletes say there's really not that jealousy that you would think if you're making less money than the other person.

I don't know how that goes with college teams.

Drew, I don't know if you say, like if you're Alex Wilkins and you committed for, say, $3.5 million, and all of a sudden, you know, six weeks later, Momchilovich gets $7 million, and you're probably the leading scorer on the team, how does that go?

I'm going to assume it's okay, but it is an interesting question, Drew, not something that you used to have to deal with in college.

Yeah, there could be a little jealousy here and there.

But also, I assume they want the best team possible and understanding the circumstances they're in right now.

So I would imagine most of them would be okay with it.

And in the case of Alec Wilkins, if you were at Furman last year and you have $3 million in your hands, you're probably not that upset that someone's getting a little bit more because you're probably feeling pretty blessed in the moment, too.

I don't know if it goes away, but I think it will be a huge, you know, everything he's done so far in recruiting, you could put an asterisk on if you wanted to.
