Yeah, real estate wise, people can see that they can actually drive from the Sunshine Coast, live here in Gympie and drive to their jobs on the Sunshine Coast and the same into Brisbane as well because we are the last train line as well.

Gympie North Train Station is the last train line on the city trains from Brisbane.

That's also a huge bonus that we have here in Gympie.

Oh my goodness, yes.

You know, like down in Winter Manly, I was selling blocks of four or five square metres.

Up here in Gympie, you can buy a thousand square metres quite reasonably priced and it goes up from there.

You can have one acre, five acres, ten acres.

Yeah, people are just loving the lifestyle.

The kids have got room, they've got space, they can put a pool in, they've got man sheds, they've got all their toys.

It's all on their property and it's all still affordable here.

That's the thing.

We are seeing the prices rise, but it is all still affordable and that's what people are loving.

I think it's an enormous boost to their esteem, to their ability, their capabilities.

The first one is hard to get and once you get it, it's great.

But when you get that next one or subsequent ones, it does say that you've got a strategy that's working and that you've planned for.

And yeah, it's a great thing, great feeling.

I think the first one scares people.

Mortgages are massive things to get your head around and just acquiring that first property, it's uncharted territory, new territory.

And once you've had it for a while and you get that next one, it sort of slips into place and it feels like, yeah, it backs you up.
