Like you are infinitely like perfectly made.
You don't have to prove that to anyone.

And it's like as you teach your children that, you're like, oh, wow.
Like what's my problem?
Why do I feel like nobody loves me?
I have a girl and then two boys.
And my husband and I have gone through so many rounds of this, of something so small will come up and it will present itself with my daughter.
And I'll be like, wow, that really, really bothered me.
And my husband will be like, why did you snap that way?
And then it'll come back to a moment on the playground when I was 10 years old.
And I'm like, I don't want her to ever have to feel that.
So I'm going to like emphasize it now.
And it's crazy what children do to you.
