I wanted to go be a kid.
You have to start over.
I mean, I had to literally start over.
Yeah.
It's really weird.
I mean, clinical depression is really difficult.
I was still a child that fell in love with gymnastics.
In my mind, the math equation that made sense was I was going to go to the Olympics.
I was going to compete.
I was going to finish that.
I knew I was going to retire.
I was going to go back to high school, finish high school.
I wanted to go to Stanford University.
I wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon.
And that was what life was going to be like.
Like I had my life planned out.
The Olympics finished.
Had no idea fame would be a part of that.
I didn't know I was going to be a household name for a while.
Like that never played a factor in my mind.
