Are you going to hold your home for 50 years?
Probably fucking not.
You're probably going to hold the home.
You're going to build equity.
And then you're going to sell that home
do a 1031 exchange, or you know what I mean?
You're going to sell that home and you're going to upgrade to a bigger home as your family grows and you have kids.
So how am I wrong?

Wouldn't you, I mean, let's say you bought a house in Middle Tennessee.
And you technically didn't pay any of the principal down.
Yeah.
But your equity will be skyrocketing because real estate is going fucking insane in this part of the country right now.
Yeah.
So you would be building equity.
Okay.
If you put the research in and you bought in the right market, which I think it's
without even looking, I would bet if you're buying in New York, California, Oregon, or Washington, you're probably not gonna get any fucking equity because everybody's leaving.
