Instead of saying you're a sales professional, you could say that I'm a real estate coach.
That's a brilliant one, by the way.
And you could insert words like relator and transactions while buying a house.
Can you see?
Do you know, I'm giving you advanced techniques that I use when I work at high level one-to-one
with chief exec when they're looking to shape and invest in their career or looking to go for a promoted post and some of the areas they might think about.
And this is one part when you're in an interview and they ask you, what do you do just now?
You can say this intro.
You don't give them the whole of your CV.
You do this.
what you specialise in, what you've been working on, how you've helped people, but you could make it specific to the job that you're applying for.
That is really, really clever.
And then you can say, and I'll share more with you, that's in my CV as we go through the interview.
Brilliant, right away you've told them
what you're an expert in, who you've been helping, the solution you gave them, and that you do the same for them.
Now that's better than somebody sitting rattling off their CV.
You just don't do that.
What I want to say to you is that you need to think about what you do in the marketplace
what you've been saying up to now, and let me ask you, has it been working?
