So that class was about explaining to you how you identify what's essential and what's desirable.
The fourth branch was
I'm trying to think this in a chronological order.
After job description, essential and desirable.
The fourth one was company visit.
I encourage all the people I work with to do a company visit.
And underneath that branch was
finding out about productivity and services.
Again, two words.
