And we actually I created the live events because I was frustrated about what people weren't teaching.

They come into a live event, and I teach them for three days, actual tools and techniques to take.

And if that's the only thing they do, it will break open their business, their mindset, it will solve their health challenge and really get them moving in the right direction.

I call them circles to group coaching and then one-on-one coaching.

So I'm such a high-touch person because I came from building companies, and without the high touch, I just felt like it really wasn't going to serve the person to their end objective in getting that every single time.
