Draft, develop, retain.

And I don't think the Chiefs have a lot of great players.

And so when I look at a cornerback who's 25 years old, who has played, has had all pro seasons for them, I look at it and say, why don't you just extend him?

And I don't want to hear that like, oh, we can't pay him salary cap.

It's like, I really don't think that's true.

I think they choose not to pay Trent McDuffie.

And so...

They got something for him.

I get it.

It could work out.

But I also, I just feel like the whole point of the draft is to get players like Trent McDuffie, who are all pro caliber players at premium positions and don't have a lot of holes.

And that's Trent McDuffie.

And again, he's not old.

He's still in his prime.

His best football could be ahead of him in the next three or four years.

So I don't love it from their perspective.

And I actually love it from the Rams perspective.
