That I would have said like, you know, we probably need like 50 people to do this and maybe 100 people to do this in the future.
I don't believe that this company, like in the face we are and in the future, like, you know, foreseeable future, we would not need more than 10 to 15 people.
But top-notch people.
Top-notch people, right?

And I think talent is highly mobile these days.
And great.
But like what we're looking for is talent with like mission driven mentality.
Like you can get any talent, but people who are driven with the mission and like are focused on what doing the right thing and are, they cannot like, it's like a tree that can never be like, you know, cut, right?
Like it doesn't like sway one way or the other, right?
We want those kinds of trees.

We have access to a lot of them.
given the fact that I have lived in the corporate world, I know a lot of people, I meet a lot of interesting people, and my team has access to a lot of great people.
So I don't think talent is going to be massively a risk for us, but yes, we have to spend money on talent.
Yeah, so I think mission driven VCs are the best ones to do this and also the family offices would be really good because family offices have the tradition of building legacy and this is something which is legacy building.
