I ended up in law enforcement.
That's a different story, but that was the point where I needed to be for, to get where God needed me to go.
I needed to be, I needed to have that wake up moment.
Because when you look back on your life, you realize everything was happening the right way.
You just didn't want to see it.
And don't ever look back and think, I shouldn't have done that.
There's a show, Vikings, if you ever watch Vikings.
One of my favorite parts of Vikings is Ragnar has two boys, his two youngest boys.
And his two youngest boys are finally at an age where they get to go out and
and do the pillaging and all that stuff.
And so he gets him in the boat and as they're sailing away from the shore, the two boats, the two kids have their hands on the edge of the boat looking back towards the shore where their mom and where safety is.
And then with Ragnar's looking forward and without even missing a beat, he doesn't even look back at his boys and he said, don't waste your time looking back.
You're not going that direction.
And it's the truth.
Don't waste your time looking back.
You're not going that direction.
You're going forward.
And so what we, what I've always done is just since then, I've just looked forward and everything that happened, I'm going to take what I needed to learn from that.
And now I look back and I see the things that needed to happen the way they happen so that I would end up right here where I'm at today.
I wouldn't have gotten here if I wouldn't have been through all those things.
