for your goal that you set into your life, for whatever you want to develop yourself in, you need to connect it with a personal affirmation.
That is something that fuels it.
This is what fuels actions.
Just similar, like I said before, in the Kung Fu training, for example, you are learning techniques, you are learning body mechanics,
Yeah, but that is something you learn on the outside.
It's the form, it's the shape that you are supposed to take in why you make, let's say, this movement.
You need it, yes.
But there is something more that you need.
You need something that is going to fuel that movement.
You need something that fills up that form.
