We are free to express.
There's no hierarchy because we are all humans.
There's no hierarchy between all of us.
seeing as a human being, there is no hierarchy, I agree.
But if you want to learn something, there is a hierarchy.
And the hierarchy is, there are people who already possess what you want to learn, and there are people who don't possess what is possible to be learned.
So if I want to develop myself, and I want to learn something, attain a skill,
At the moment, I would just look out in the world, first of all, to see who possesses that skill.
Because it might be that you think about something, but there's nobody else in the world who at the moment possesses it, so it maybe is a little bit unrealistic that it even exists.
But if you want to have something, first of all, look for the places or the persons that have it.
Very easily.
And very often that means you are meeting in our tradition now, you are meeting masters.
You are meeting a person who has already mastered a certain ability because you see it and then you say, yes, he has it.
And then the next question is, how does now either the knowledge or the skill is being transmitted?
How does it come to you now?
And like I said, from my tradition, there's only one way.
You need to get into a student-master relationship.
A master-student relationship.
And a master-student relationship, there is no democracy.
Right.
