We're not getting our park.

And this was supposed to be built then.

And it's not, it's just a terrible system.

We are actually moving away from it, but Forest City, in a sense, this idea is supposed to say, look, just stop with all this stupid, low-grade, low-ambition mess and start thinking about these things strategically.

We've got to do all these things.

Why don't we just do them in one place at one point in one time?

for one region.

Wouldn't that make more sense?

I think it's because we're afraid.

That's basically what it comes down to.

We're afraid.

We don't have confidence in ourselves.

And it's a real damn shame because if you look at our history, our recent history,

We gave the world, the modern world, modern industrial world, everything from the kind of spinning Jenny to the jet engine and the steam engine and penicillin and DNA.

And even arguably the AI revolution began with, if you want, DeepMind, which was bought by Google, granted, but it was from here.

I think we're just afraid and we become sclerotic.

And why I say afraid, it means that...

You want to be able to gold plate everything.

And sometimes gold plating really works, right?
