Eric Lauer, speaking to the media, looks like he was asked on whether or not he has to earn back a spot in the starting rotation.

I mean, that sounds like a guy who unfortunately knows that his rotation spot, his maybe even roster spot, is kind of hanging by a thread, I would say, right?
So we'll see if he bounces back.
But again, I mean, in the immediate short term, I'm going to guess, barring something that happens later today or tomorrow or maybe on the off day or something like that, I'm going to guess that Lauer will probably make his next start, if only because they don't have a lot of other options, essentially.
