You look more comfortable by the day since getting called up.
I remember you spoke right when you got called up when you were chatting with Hazel about the transition from the minors to the majors and your experience with the team during the spring.
I'm curious how that helped you adjust to the clubhouse, given that you'd already been around the team a bit during the spring.
What did you learn about the team during the spring?
Do you think that helped you when you got to the majors?
Just play the Blue Jays game.
That's it.
I was curious, actually, and you've recently come up to the minors, having great success in the majors.
What is the difference just in preparation for you personally in the minors versus the majors or when you look at how other guys are prepared?
I'm just curious.
I've never actually heard anyone actually talk about that before.
You know, I remember I heard, I think it was, it might have been Cal Raleigh right before the Mariners series last year, talking about the preparation for catchers and how every day preparing with a pitcher is like taking an exam, essentially.
Would you say that's the same for you?
Well, you seem to be passing so far, so that's very good.
Before I let you go, Brandon, real quick, we heard John Schneider talk about the work you and Alondra Kirk and Tyler Heinemann have done with guys like Drew Butera and Cody Atkinson and certainly David Popkins.
I'm wondering how they've helped you so far.
Well, look, man, continued success.
Thank you, sir.
Great to see you having success here in the majors, and I wish for all the best going forward.
Our thanks to Nathan Lucas, Ernie Clement, Dylan Cease, and Brandon Valenzuela.
