And it can be a new job, a new title book. Mostly, I love to work with founders because I'm an entrepreneur myself and I know what it is to take a project from zero to 100. And so I just love to work.

So I have this woman that I cannot say for what institutions she works in New York because it's one of the most known institutions. She's a high level director there and she wants to pivot. She's tired of the environment. She actually moved from New York. The other part of the world took New York to have this position. And then after years, she said, this is not my environment.
