And now we were burying him.

There were wine houses there.
There was an enormous amount of history there.
We had a lot of butlers visiting us as well.
So you learnt a great deal.
The modern butler is estate management in a smart suit.
You manage the estate, the property or the estate or the estates, and you oversee all facets of it.
