So like, what does this woman wear?
What does she do?
What does she fill her time with?
What is she known for?
How does she spend her day?
And then she works backwards and actually sets,
yearly and monthly goals based off that.
So for example, it was like really interesting to relate it into my own experience where I was like, okay, well, what is I'm going to be like at 40?
And I wrote it down.
I was like, when I'm 40, I want to be fit.
I want to be someone that travels a lot.
I want a few dogs.
I want to be working on things I am passionate about.
I want to have a beautiful home and I want to have a thriving marriage.
And so to work backwards, I kind of then had to ask myself, well,
To be a fit 40-year-old, I probably need to start working out in my late 20s and 30s.
And so maybe that is actually something I need to incorporate more into my routine.
Or to be doing things I'm really passionate about, I need to be cultivating that now and actually trying new things and not being so scared to do things perfectly.
And I'm really bad at launching new businesses or launching new products.
I get quite scared.
