The Martin County Sheriff's Office say Woods showed signs of impairment at the scene of the crash, in which he struck another vehicle and rolled over.
Authorities say Woods and the other driver were not injured.
Woods is also facing another misdemeanor charge of refusal to submit a lawful test.
While Woods took a breath analyzer test, which registered nothing, police say he refused to submit a urine sample.
The accident marks the third time Woods has been involved in a car crash.
In February 2021, his SUV ran off a coastal road in Los Angeles, causing multiple leg and ankle injuries.
He was also arrested on a DUI charge in 2017 when South Florida police found him asleep behind the wheel.
