Now let's get into today's episode.
Daniel, let's start off talking about kids and screen time.
On average, school aged children are spending between four to five hours per day on screens, which is wild.
And that is roughly 2.5 months a year on screens.
What is that doing to their ability to develop emotional intelligence?
Yeah, Sonia and I are talking about this a lot.
We're adults.
We spend a lot of time on our phones as well, either doing research or on social media.
We're creating social media.
We're pushing out content all the time.
So we're around our phones a lot.
And we've even spoken about how we're growing this community and we are pushing out content.
We're trying to slow people down and share information with people like yourself.
But then we also want to get that community into the real world and have switch off retreats and actually take our community into places where their phones are banned for three days and actually spend time together.
How important do you think that's going to be in the future for people to actually have time away from their phone?
Okay, so how can we know ourself deeper, better?
