And, you know, I have a side gig that I can do.
But I've even been looking over Craigslist just for odd jobs to get some extra cash because you don't realize how financially strapped you are until you actually quit your job.
You know, you have this grandiose plan and a lot of the times things won't go according to plan and you have to have a plan B. So I would just say keep a lot of options open, have another skill set that you could do that doesn't require like a full time commitment.

So I'm kind of a Tony Hsieh zealot.
So I think Delivering Happiness by Tony is my favorite book.
So obviously Tony is one of them, but I discovered another one a couple months ago from his TED Talk.
His name is Ricardo Semler.
He's a Brazilian CEO and he's a big believer in corporate democracy.
And he's actually implemented that structure for years now within his corporation.
And they operate in a variety of industries and you would think it's kind of just a cluster.
There's no way they can be successful and profitable by running such a diverse portfolio of businesses.
But they're highly successful and they're able to pivot
very quickly, and so I think that's really inspirational, and it just goes to show you that if you create an environment for your employees that's fun, engaging, and they love what they do, and they're passionate, the world is kind of at their fingertips.
I would say Asana.
Asana, yeah, however you pronounce it.
Don't give in to what society expects of you.
