You go to court for the damages.
You don't go to court for the DeLorean.
The DeLorean is in your name.
It's your property.
They made a million dollars, you go to court for the damage, the million dollars.
Now what happens is, this is where no one can commit fraud.
When you go for that million dollars, you win that million dollars, you have to put in the proof that that is your work.
That's why you get the million dollars.
Do you understand now?
You have to put in your copyrights, your trademarks, your book, your script, all the documentations that shows that you are the creator and that that money that was stolen, the damages belong to you.
So people got things so backwards.
You know how many times I explain this to people?
I say, you don't go to court.
They say, well, they stole your work.
I say, no one steals your work if it's in your name.
All they're stealing is the money that they made off of your work.
It's called damages.
Because when you go to court, no one steals from their work.
You already know if you own the house.
The deed is in your name.
