I don't get FOMO because you can have fun and that doesn't take away from me.

The fact that you're all having fun doesn't mean you're explicitly having fun because I'm not there or you're having fun without me.

I'm not part of that equation.

It's because I'm a toddler, once again, with object impermanence.

So if I'm not there and I don't see it, I don't give a fuck.

Like when I move overseas and I'm not seeing my friends every day, I don't miss them.

Can you understand the object impermanence?

Babies, if Reese Witherspoon was here, the baby would be obsessed with it.

You take it away, the baby has completely forgotten about it.

Me, and not to make it dire, but actually it really is helpful in terms of grief.

Like when you're grieving, if you have, for me, because I have object impermanence,

I don't know how to say this without sounding narcissistic, but it's like because I know that I'm quite a fun person to have around.

Like I know that they probably wish I was there.

So it's not like they're having fun in spite of me.

Like they're not trying to make me jealous because they know I'm not jealous.

I don't know if this is making sense to anyone.
