He has done so much for this business, but I just think of Steve Jobs.
I mean, he's done an amazing job as well.
I was looking through what's happened in the last 15 years.
And it's, I mean, he's done an amazing job.
I think also when we talk about CEOs being replaced, quite often it's because they've done a shit job.
But surely it's not that.
15 years is a long time in a really innovative, fast-moving company.
They must just need fresh blood.
For him, design was the main thing, right?
It was like incredible technology but with amazing design.
I love that they do that, that they promote from the inside.
It's such a cool, I mean, it just, it definitely signals that you work hard, you do something amazing and you get promoted and valued.
I think that when you go externally, whether it's for a manager of something, even if it's not a CEO level, just gives a different feeling to everyone in the company.
Which I know it's not like young in the scheme of things, but like.
I mean, to be running one of the biggest companies in the world, it's pretty young.
Do you know what I kind of wanted to bring up with this story is the idea that Apple is 50 years old.
Like Apple's been around for 50 years.
Doesn't that sound like a shocking amount of time?
