Well, that's back to all the developers I meet.

They don't want to build anything in LA anymore because...

out front of it they know this investment is taking they're sitting on so much property right now so much stuff that they don't put money in if we enforce laws we get people off the street and get them treatment now developers can put money into la we can build

Prices go down.
