And this is how the LA County District Attorney work.
And what they do, they do something called trumping up charges.
So they will arrest you for something and they will hope something stick.
They arrest you for murder, knowing damn well this is a manslaughter case.
But they'll be like, you know what?
Your maximum exposure time is 25 to life.
But if you take this year for three would have or six would have for this manslaughter, you can leave court today and you will have a second chance at life.
And you'll be sitting there like, I didn't do shit.
What the fuck you mean?
But when your maximum exposure time is life, they scare you into taking a deal.
I know multiple people who were innocent
It's not murder, essentially, after the fact.
It's not murder.
He's not charged with murder.
He's charged with felony murder.
Okay.
